When it comes to health and fitness, I believe if we take care of our bodies now, it will take care of us later. My fitness journey has helped me learn how to transfer energy. The energy I use in the gym is the same energy I use to hammer on a project to meet deadlines. That same energy is carried over while creating and maintaining relationships.
